Liver Dumplings

Liver dumplings are the star ingredients in the Bavarian specialty “Leberknoedelsuppe,” or liver dumpling soup. We took care of the hardest part—the dumplings—so you can easily make and enjoy this traditional Old World soup whenever you’d like.

Remove casing, drop into boiling broth of any type, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until hot. You can also cube them ahead of time, place cubes on plates, and pour boiling broth over them.
