Stromwall Brothers introduced this Swedish cheese in 1900. A semi-soft variety, it's reminiscent of Wunderbar Brick. Mild and made from pasteurized whole milk, it's also known as Farmer Cheese (though not quite like the white Farmer's Cheese in Wisconsin!)
