Despite all manners of shipping (thick-walled cooler, dry ice, cold packs, etc.) it is almost impossible to keep the Brotchen frozen when we ship. Just put them in the freezer when you get them.

Baking Instructions included in packaging and below:

If frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 12-15 minutes.

If defrosted, preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes.
