This is an excellent cold-smoked schinken. It is the center cut of a certified boneless loin of pork, cured and cold smoked. This is a firmer schinken. Serve as an appetizer with cream cheese, capers, and/or fruit.

And were thrilled to find yours. It is absolutely exquisite, ESPECIALLY sliced paper-thin with a THIN coating of unsalted butter on homemade black bread. It is fit for royalty.

I SUGGEST YOU DONT SLICE THIS SO THIN I HAVE NEVER GOT IT IN A GERMAN BUTCHER STORE WERE IT WAS STICKING TOGETHER PLEASE THICKER SLICES X3 ?? TASTE WAS GOOD
