This Brought me home! Like when you go to the butcher shop in germany and order a fleischkase brötchen. Oh sooo good!

This is so good, I sliced it and put in on a Brötchen with hot mustard and I was transported back to Germany. By far the best Leberkäse I have found in the states and I have been here for 38 years.

Although German-style cold cuts, mainly from New York, are available in northern California, Leberkase is rather hard to find. This was a treat! The loaf rose and browned in the pan as advertised, and was quite tasty. For some it might be a little heavy oread more

Not consistent

The fist time I ordered I was in heaven a month later I ordered 4 more only to bake one and it had a darker color and a different flavor. I don't know if the mixture had more beef or over then the first time or what. Still good just not GREAT like the firread more
