Bavaria's Bierwurst

Man this is good stuff!! Having this with brotchen and a bier is fantastic!!

I remember this from my childhood. This exactly what I used to get growing up. Great job!

I bought some of this as part of a large order. Generally I like Schinkenwurst better than Bierwurst. Here the opposite is true. Definitely on my re-order list. Very tasty and perhaps the best Bierwurst I have had, and that is saying something.

Outstanding taste and texture! Goes great with fresh home made sourdough rye bread.

Excellent for mixing with other cold cuts or making Bavarian Essigwurst (Zwiebelwurst)or just on a crisp roll!
