Despite all manners of shipping (thick-walled cooler, dry ice, cold packs, etc.) it is almost impossible to keep the Brotchen frozen when we ship. Just put them in the freezer when you get them.

*UPDATED* Baking instructions from Edna: Preheat oven to 200C (~400F). Bake for 12-20 minutes, with steam if available.

Instructions on the physical paper or sticker included with the product may still be used, if you prefer.
