I'm a lover of good sharp-strong cheddar but this was my first experience with 8 year old cheddar. It is absolutely the best cheddar I have EVER eaten in my 80 years of life. Store-bought cheeses cannot begin to compare with this 8 year old. Now I am wread more

Simply awesome. Want to measure the flavor? Try some 2-year old cheddar which is excellent. The 5-year cheddar blows it away in flavor and texture.
