A delightfully seasoned, cured and FINELY ground meat spread, A very fine grind, pink colored spread. This is a "Mettwurst" - a true German specialty. Made with Real Jamaican Rum and naturally hickory smoked! Serve on a good German rye bread or dark cracker.

This is my favourite of all the Wurst, the only throwback is that I am in Australia and I can not buy it anywhere. If anyone know how to get it, please let me know.

This Wurst (Spread) is just like back in Bavaria! Take it out, cut off what you need and let sit to warm up a little - then it spreads easy - and don't use American soft junk bread or rolls/buns - use a German/Bavarian Rye Bread!

It can become Excellent if......

Taste is delicious, fabulous fragrance BUT......EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO SPREAD.
It is my believing, based in my experience with Chilean version of Teewurst, that it is due to a lack of LARD.
