This is an excellent cold smoked schinken. It is the center cut of a certified boneless loin of pork, cured and cold smoked. This is a firmer schinken, now with new USDA rules. Serve as a appetizer with cream cheese, capers, and or fruit. 1lb. thin sliced and vacuum sealed.

And were thrilled to find yours. It is absolutely exquisite, ESPECIALLY sliced paper-thin with a THIN coating of unsalted butter on homemade black bread. It is fit for royalty.

I SUGGEST YOU DONT SLICE THIS SO THIN I HAVE NEVER GOT IT IN A GERMAN BUTCHER STORE WERE IT WAS STICKING TOGETHER PLEASE THICKER SLICES X3 ?? TASTE WAS GOOD

I have ordered the lachsschinken and it was delicious the same with the leberkaese. It tasted just like straight out of a German butcher shop.
