A traditional German favorite to serve with fresh brotchen or coldcuts. Made from lean pieces of cheek meat from the pig. This is not a sour head cheese. Select either 16oz Sliced or 1lb chunk. Both options come in a sealed package.

Not normal head cheese!

I'm not a head cheese expert. I've only had 2 kinds before. The 1st was nasty. Couldn't eat it. 2nd was ok and I could eat it. But this head cheese is a winner. No jelly. No chewy who knows what in it. This stuff has a deli style roast beef taste to it. Iread more

This is THE best presskopf that I've ever had. Such rich, sweet pork flavor. Great on sandwiches; brotchen, pumpernickel, or as a seasoning to cooking dishes, anything really. I'm totally hooked.

I'm becoming addicted to this stuff. Great on a hard roll with onion or a pickle. Sad that typically it gets a bad rap. Has a wonderful "porky" flavor.
