Pfefferjäger is an exceptionally flavored Landjäger made with Brazillian red and green peppers - spicy, but not hot. Does not require refrigeration if kept in a cool & dry spot. Perfect for any outdoor activities! When opened let lay loose to age or hang on a hanger in a cool dry place to age. These can be frozen. Will age slower in the fridge. Never put in a plastic bag because they will mold. Gluten Free.

Excellent trail food. Just right amount of spice. The only downside is that I have to be watchful or my dog will steal them out of my hand.
