This is a great Bavarian meal. A 1 3/4lb to 2lb. pan of raw leberkase (fleishkäse) Just bake and serve hot, it will rise and look beautiful. All instructions on label. Serve with good German potato salad, mustard and a good beer!! NOTICE!! OVERNIGHT or 2 day SHIPPING DURING THE WARMER MONTHS!

This Brought me home! Like when you go to the butcher shop in germany and order a fleischkase brötchen. Oh sooo good!

This is so good, I sliced it and put in on a Brötchen with hot mustard and I was transported back to Germany. By far the best Leberkäse I have found in the states and I have been here for 38 years.

Although German-style cold cuts, mainly from New York, are available in northern California, Leberkase is rather hard to find. This was a treat! The loaf rose and browned in the pan as advertised, and was quite tasty. For some it might be a little heavy oread more

Not consistent

The fist time I ordered I was in heaven a month later I ordered 4 more only to bake one and it had a darker color and a different flavor. I don't know if the mixture had more beef or over then the first time or what. Still good just not GREAT like the firread more
