Made with very lean beef, pork and natural spices. Then natural hickory smoked to perfection. These are a finer grind and taste is mild.

Fully cooked and come 4 to the pound. Just heat them up in water or on the grill, then lay on a bed of sauerkraut and serve with a dab of mustard and a glass of beer! ENJOY!

I bought these because although I've heard of knackwurst, I never tried them. Boy! Have I been missing out!!!! I did re-order these in the 5lb box...can't wait to get them!

This product has an excellent seasoning and the smoky flavor tops it all! Also no coarse grind or "flaws" in it.
We tried it both boiled and grilled - grilled is the most flavor for serving - use low flame/heat and keep turning so they read more
