These come direct from Munich Germany. Half baked in Dozen packages. All baking instructions will be in the package. JUST LIKE BEING HOME!

Despite all manners of shipping (thick-walled cooler, dry ice, cold packs, etc.) it is almost impossible to keep the Brotchen frozen when we ship. Just put them in the freezer when you get them.

Instructions: If frozen, preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 12-14 minutes. If defrosted, preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes.

These are delicious broetchen. If you have an airfryer, 4-5 minutes makes for a knusprig crust that's just like being in Germany.

Hey folks, these are the real thing!
Why do we not have Brötchen in America. I looked, then I tried to bake my own, then I found them here.
Warm from the oven in 10-15 minutes. Very good!
