Here is a very mild Tilsiter cheese from Bayernland Germany. The same Company that makes the good Butterkase.  This again is a very mild cheese, almost like a creamy brick. We also have the aged pungent smelling Tilsiter.  You get 1 lb of tilsiter cheese sealed.

I have been looking for a Tilsiter to replace the Edeka Rahm Tilsiter you used to carry and this Mild Tilsiter is a perfect replacement. I will be buying more of this cheese.
