Boy, these are hard to come by. Well, we have them! Choose either RAW or SMOKED hocks.

The smoked hocks are all fully cooked, smoked to perfection and ready to eat. Serve with some good sauerkraut!

Avg weight can be anywhere from 1.25 to 2.25 lbs. for both kinds.

Ordered raw Haxen. They were huge, meaty and delicious. I have not seen them anywhere else. Will definitely buy again. Thanks for carrying these.
