Sliced so thin, it's hard for me to fry it for my potatoes and sauerkraut, without 'sneaking' a few cold pieces for myself!

Was not sure I would like this, as I had never had it before. Found out that I loved it fried. If you have never tried Blutwurst, you should try this one. Good!
