5 Year THRU 12 Year Old Wisconsin SHARP CHEDDAR

This is an excellent sharp cheddar that is a great tasting cheese, that is full of flavor. This also will crumble. With every year it gets sharper and smoother. Great with wine and fruit.The cheddars are aged here in our plant in 40lb blocks.

• 6 YEAR OLD SHARP CHEDDAR -  You can pick any year of our natural cheddars-they just keep getting better as they get older. Uniquely sharp and "smooth".
• 7 Year OLD SHARP CHEDDAR - As with a bottle of fine vintage wine, our 7 yr cheddar requires years to become something very special. Full bodied and robust, its wonderfully sharp without being bitter.
