Direct from Munich, Germany - Real German Pretzels (laugenbrezel). We will sell these 1/2 baked and shipped to you. These now come pre-salted.  Bake in your oven about 10 minutes on a cookie sheet @ 300 degrees.

If you want them saltier, spritz them with water, add some rock or coarse salt on them, and then bake. 

If frozen: preheat oven to 300 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes. If defrosted, preheat oven to 275 degrees bake for 8-10 minutes. 

Ingredients: wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, rapeseed oil, dried wheat sour dough (wheat flour, starter culture) malted barley extract, sugar, emulsifier ditartaric acid ester from mono and di-glycerid of fatty acids, wheat gluten, malted wheat flour, acidulant regulator (calcium carbonate, sodium hydroxide), flour treatment agent ascorbic acid
