In 2025, we here at Bavaria Sausage made the decision to begin modernizing our systems, which started in May, when we switched from our inherited Point of Sale system to a modern, cloud-based system. This improved system focused on providing our employees with a more intuitive platform to not only improve our efficiency in store, but it has also helped immensely with managing our products in our back of house systems as well, all of which provide our customers with a consistently better experience from start to finish.
Then, in Early September, after much deliberation, we moved away from our old website and decided to introduce our new website before the rapidly approaching holiday season. There were many contributing factors that led up to making this decision, the most prominent of those being the increased reliability and security of the newer, modern system. It is our mission at Bavaria Sausage to not only provide transparency to our customers but give them the confidence to continue enjoying our quality-rich products and imports. In addition to these wonderful improvements, our new website allows us to manage our online orders with consistency and ease.
We plan on maintaining this momentum in 2026 using Live Inventory to further facilitate our back of house functions, giving us more time to focus on refining some of our existing products and processes as well as developing new products to further expand your culinary horizons.
