As September comes to a close and our annual Brat Fry Fridays come to an end, we are excited to move forward into our busiest time of the year, starting with Oktoberfest!
We have received numerous orders for different Oktoberfest celebrations and festivities throughout the past month, some of which have already been sent out to be enjoyed by good company this Oktoberfest season. If you're still thinking about placing an order for this year's Oktoberfest and you would like it shipped by a certain date, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible so we can accommodate as necessary.
In addition to Oktoberfest, we have partnered with three apple orchards to produce Cider Brats with each respective orchard's cider to create a sausage with a sweet-savory flavor that contrasts the traditionally beer-braised or plain-grilled brats that we produce. Because the flavor of the apple changes depending on how they grow, these orchards will have us produce two separate batches with ciders made at different points in time. While we don't sell these delicious brats in our store, they can be found at the orchards themselves to usher in the fall season:
This time of the year we are steadily preparing for Thanksgiving, as well as Christmas. Thanksgiving turkeys and Christmas hams will become available for preorder as we approach their respective holidays, expect a standalone post with more info at that time.
For now, our order volumes are ramping up, so if you are planning on placing an order, we highly encourage those orders be placed sooner rather than later, as we do process orders in the order that they are received. If there are accommodations that need to be made, please include those in the order notes.
