This Bier Kase is so good on a saltine,with a Sam Adams,my two labs put their chins on each leg and look at me with their soulful eyes,in wantant desire for a slice.The creamy pungent taste is ever so lovely on my pallet. It is nowhwere to be found in Illinois,so I buy from Bavaria Sausage Inc.
