This Thomy mustard is mild-spicy, and is the most popular mustard in central Europe. Produced according to the original recipe using high quality ingredients. The yellow and brown mustard seeds are slowly and gently milled to increase the product quality. This product contains no preservatives and is excellent with sausages and BBQs, marinades, salads and sauces. Roulades and goulash dishes get the spicy addition from this mustard. Excellent also with eggs, fish and vegetables.
