My whole family loved it! One of the best Mettwurst we've been able to find in the US.

I never thought i would find anything that tastes like Bratwurst keck as we say in Mittelfranken..Boy was i wrong... THIS IS AWESOME!!!!!

I'm glad I took a chance and tried this. It's great on a wheat cracker or crusty bread. Just grab a nice malty beer and you're all set!

Call me a Philistine. I tried this for the first time and, while I agreed it was fresh and tasty, the "raw" texture of the meat was not to my liking. But, when I made a patty out of it and fried it, it was one of the best sausage patties I've ever eaten! Oh, so savory! And very little grease came out of the patty in the frying.

This is the best smoked onion wurst I have had in America. I freeze it and give it as gifts to my German friends, who also love it. You have got to try it. Eat it with fresh farmers bread or on a fresh broetchen. HEAVEN. I am so glad you guys make this kind of wurst.

I usually get the fresh Zwiebelmettwurst but after trying the smoked version, I am converted! the texture is not as easily spreadable as the fresh style but the smoky flavor in the natural casing makes this a winner. Buy multiple to freeze cause 1 is not enough!
