The delicacy sauce goes well with fried dishes, such as Schnitzel, roast pork, roulade and rissoles. Ideal for extending and rounding of homemade sauces. Narrow down at will with cream, crème fraîche, tomato paste, mustard, pepper, red wine, balsamic vinegar, cranberries, currants or red grape juice.
