These are no measly pork chops. They big and meaty steaks with very little bone. You can actually taste the smoked flavor. Very mild and cook up tender. Easy to heat.

Whether you are a porkchop lover or not, you must get these and give them a try. Very lean and tender, smoked to perfection. Can heat them in a pan, oven with some German Potato Salad or my favorite, a few minutes on the grill. These are now a favorite in our house and those who has tried them.
