This is a wonderful Potato Salad! We take it camping and can be served hot or cold! Takes a little of the work away from mom and dad and makes for a great compliment to the bratwurst on the campfire.

Serve cold in the summer, hot in the winter - this salad is the most authentic vinegar based salad you can find. I add extra bacon, scallions, celery seed, a touch of cider and cider vinegar. Freezes well - thaw and stir. Umm-umm-good!
