Made this for our Oktoberfest. Delicious, tasty potatoes, crunchy additions, savory dressing. Made 10 lbs. potatoes and multiplied the additions and dressing by five, which was enough. Used both white and brown sugar. Little tomatoes sliced lengthwise are a nice, colorful addition, also not often found in German versions.
