Ordered both the fresh and smoked versions, but only the fresh was available. A very tasty sausage and a good value compared to what is available in California. I will have to make some homemade Sauerkraut to go with it the next time! Both my wife and I enjoyed it. Hope the smoked version is available the next time I order.
