Schinkenspeck 1lb Chunk

This is a 1lb chunk of double-smoked schinken.  An excellent ham made from traditional recipes. This ham takes several months to make and finish.

This is a very heavily smoked ham that needs to be sliced very thin & eaten on good rye bread or a good German brotchen!
