Wisconsin Aged (Sharp) Brick Cheese - 1 lb.

Brick cheese was developed and perfected in Wisconsin. As a young cheese it has a mild and sweet flavor, but as it matures it becomes sharper with stronger, more ripe flavors developing. Similar to cheddar with less tanginess.  This is a sharp, aged brick.
