This is a RAW product and must be fully cooked prior to serving. Coarsely ground with a touch of garlic. This is a very old Polish family recipe that is simply delicious.

Try it on your grill, fry it with potatoes and onions in a frying pan; or bake it in your oven with your favorite German Wine Kraut!

2 PC Polish Kielbasa (8-10 oz. average per pc).

Ordered both the fresh and smoked versions, but only the fresh was available. A very tasty sausage and a good value compared to what is available in California. I will have to make some homemade Sauerkraut to go with it the next time! Both my wife and I read more
