FRED
Fred, Our Founder- is our Master of all Master sausage makers. Born and raised in Schweinfurt Germany, Fred has been making sausage since he was 14. He earned his Masters Degree in Germany and then moved to America with his skills and knowledge in 1956. His Master degree also includes Sausage making, Butchering and spice mixing. He is the man of many hats!
HEINZ
Heinz is a Master Sausage Maker trained in Switzerland and he also has worked over 15 years under our Master Fred. He is a perfectionist! Heinz also plays the Alp Horn, sings, and yodels!
STEVE
Steve has worked for Bavaria since 1981. He worked under Fred for over 25 years. He is married to Fred's daughter Judy. Steve and Judy are now Owners.
